I want to thank you for helping my family with the biggest most important purchase we have ever made. Our Home. I know this is your job, but it was so much more to me and you never once made me feel like it was any less important to you. You actually made me feel like it was just as important to you. That meant a lot. You called me back whenever I called you...I dont recall one single time that you didnt call me right back. Any question I had you answered and you even gave me answers to questions I didnt know I had. I cannot tell you how much your pep talks helped me out through this process. You knew how worried I was, how I was stressing myself out and you would call just to say... How you doing? I know you did a lot for me that I probably still dont know about to this day. Just because that what you do - how you operate. Thank you for keeping my best interests in mind. Matt, I thought you were just doing your job, this is how you made a living. At the end when I signed the papers officially making this my home and I saw your genuine happiness for my family and I. Then I knew, this was not just a job to you...I realized that you are very much in tune with the importance that this decision have in people lives and the weight that we bear going through it... and you do your job so well because at the end you are rewarded by the sheer joy your clients have. My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Matt during our house-hunting process. We had originally gone with another realtor a year prior, but called off the search after a few months because we felt that he was not listening to our needs and wants.
Enter Matt Johnson: He answered all of our questions and held our hands, as we were nervous first-time buyers. Not only did he find our first home, which we love, but he also followed up on every question and every detail during the process. His support staff even sent us a listing of all of the area utilities, including our new meter numbers to use when transferring things to our name. What service!

Tim had excellent service and response time on questions and concerns. He was very straight forward and honest with his opinion of the area, school district, location, etc. Tim had great knowledge of all areas in the Twin Cities Metro. We went into the process of buying a home blindly. In fact, we didn't even think we needed a realtor when the whole process began.
